Ishuranga Udara Wijesinghe was born in 03rd April 1990 at Sri Jayawardhanapura, as eldest son in the family. He grew up in a small town Ambalanthota,  a coastal town in southern Sri Lanka located between Tangalle and Hambanthota. His father is Mr. Wijesinghe was an Electrical Instructor, worked at Embilipitiya technical college. His Mother Mrs. Wijesinghe was Management Assistant in Foreign Ministry and worked at Sri Lanka High Commission, Islamabad. His younger brother, Chathuranga is studying Computer Networks and Systems at SLIIT.

His school was Therapuththa National School, Ambalanthota. He could explore a wide range of subjects and hobbies at school.  His favourite subjects in school were Sinhala, Mathematics, Science and English. He had represented the school in many national, zonal level competitions and he has brought the honor to the school.

After Advanced Level examination held on 2010, Ishuranga was selected to Faculty of Engineering, University of Ruhuna and he obtained his bachelor degree in Electrical and Information Engineering. As soon as he completed his degree he joined with the professional world. Now Ishuranga is currently working as Network Operations Engineer at Lanka Bell (Pvt) Ltd. He has strong focus in Telecommunication & Network Engineering while particularly adept at analyzing problems and crafting effective and inventive solutions.
